Who we are
SleepEasy Kids ("we", "us") sells a one-time, personalized digital bedtime-routine guide for parents and caregivers of young children. The customer is the parent or caregiver — an adult.
What we collect
To create your plan we collect the information you enter: your email address, your child's age band, a short description of your current schedule, the specific sleep struggle you want help with, and how much change you can take on. We intentionally collect the minimum needed and do not ask for your child's name or precise birthdate.
How we use it
We use your inputs solely to generate and deliver your plan and to provide customer support. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your inputs are not used to train AI models.
Children's privacy
Our service is directed to parents and caregivers, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The limited information about a child is provided by the adult customer for the sole purpose of personalizing the guide.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that operate the product (for example, our payment processor Stripe, our email delivery, and our cloud/AI infrastructure on AWS) strictly to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing orders@sleepeasykids.com.
