A gentle, plain-language 7-day routine — each day with one focus, exactly what to do at bedtime, and what to do when it's hard.

3

It lands in your inbox

Delivered by email within minutes. Follow it at your pace — never more than you said you can manage.

What you'll receive

Every plan is written for your child, but here's the shape of it — a real excerpt from a plan for a toddler who fights bedtime.

Built on what sleep guidance already agrees on

We didn't invent new sleep science. Every plan applies the fundamentals that public health guidance and published research consistently point to — a calm, predictable bedtime routine, matched to your child's age and to what you can realistically take on.

"Make sure you have a calming, predictable bedtime routine that happens at the same time and includes the same things every night."

NHS (UK National Health Service), Sleep and young children — sleep tips for under-5s. Page last reviewed 31 March 2023. Read it on nhs.uk

"A consistent bedtime routine was associated with better sleep outcomes, including earlier bedtimes, shorter sleep onset latency, reduced night wakings, and increased sleep duration."

Mindell JA et al., a study of 10,085 young children across 13 countries and regions, published in SLEEP, 2015. Abstract on PubMed

"Routines and rules help kids feel safe and know what to expect."

How much sleep young children need

From the American Academy of Sleep Medicine consensus statement (2016), endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics — per 24 hours, on a regular basis, to promote optimal health:

  • "Infants 4 months to 12 months should sleep 12 to 16 hours per 24 hours (including naps)"
  • "Children 1 to 2 years of age should sleep 11 to 14 hours per 24 hours (including naps)"
  • "Children 3 to 5 years of age should sleep 10 to 13 hours per 24 hours (including naps)"

These are independent public sources shown for general education — none of them reviews or endorses SleepEasy Kids. Your plan is gentle behavior coaching for healthy children, not medical advice; every child is different, and when in doubt, your pediatrician is the right first stop.

Common questions

When will I get my plan?

Within minutes of checkout, by email. If it hasn't arrived in 15 minutes, check spam, then write to orders@sleepeasykids.com and we'll resend it.

How does the membership work?

You get a personalized plan right away, then a fresh plan whenever you ask — sleep regressions, travel, a new sibling, a big-kid bed — plus a monthly check-in plan sent automatically. As your child grows, plans move up to the next age stage on their own. Everything arrives by email; there's no app to learn.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — every membership email includes a "Manage membership" link that opens a secure Stripe page where you can cancel in a couple of clicks, no questions asked. You keep every plan we've already sent. The membership renews automatically (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) until you cancel.

How is it personalized?

Your plan is written from your questionnaire answers: your child's age band, current schedule, the specific struggle, and how much change you can take on this week. The pace of the plan never exceeds the capacity you told us.

Is this medical advice?

No. SleepEasy Kids is general, educational behavior coaching for bedtime routines — not medical advice. If anything about your child's health concerns you, or your child may be too young for behavioral sleep approaches, we'll point you to your pediatrician instead of giving you a plan.

What if the plan doesn't fit our family?

Reply to your plan email and tell us what's off — we'll make it right. Because each plan is generated for your answers, a quick note about what changed usually fixes it.

What do you do with my child's information?

We collect the minimum needed — no names, no birthdates — and use your answers solely to build and deliver your plan. See the privacy policy.

Step 1 of 2: Complete your questionnaire

Takes about a minute. Step 2 is secure Stripe checkout.

COPPA-aware data minimization: share only what helps build the routine. Do not include your child's full name, address, or health records.

Payment handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

Please read: this is not medical advice

SleepEasy Kids provides general, educational behavior-coaching content for bedtime routines. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for your pediatrician. If anything about your child's health concerns you — including breathing, pain, reflux, feeding, or failure to thrive — or if your child may be too young for behavioral sleep approaches, please consult your pediatrician rather than following a routine plan. We never guarantee specific outcomes. You know your child best.
